I think Yi deserve a charge up time before he can enter his Q
Stop with the instant bullshit. Make him sit there for at least a nano second. Or stop letting teleport on top of people's corpus spongiosum.

Never thought I'd see a complaint about Yi at this current state of the game.

Makes me believe more and more that this is the last place ever to look for legit game balance discussions. It's just a shithole for #bronzeRants
He's already trash who does almost nothing anywhere outside of the bottom elos, and even there he struggles to perform well there in the bottom elos; he's so bad in fact, he doesn't even have an actual late-game anymore even though he's meant to be a carry (proven by the fact his win rates take a nose dive after mid game now, while his usual shtick applies meaning his early game win rate is also atrocious. His current win rate "curve" looks like a triangle, and only the very tip at around the lvl11 breaks above 50% and lasts for about 5 minutes).
EDIT: Update - so with the Rune update it would seem his win rate improves quite a bit; but we're still talking about breaking even with 50% only after 35 min when most games would've already ended (thankfully the win rate curve actually progress into late game now, given he used to actually fall off a cliff in late game before the Rune update for some reason), while he's sitting on an average of 46.65% win rate in Plat and above in KR (I believe OPGG only records stats above Plat). So it's definitely not something that needs immediate nerf.
Just because you may or may not have been wooped by that 1 guy who was really good with their Yi, it doesn't mean he's a trouble that needs further nerf from his already questionable existence.
Meanwhile I struggle just to adapt to his current playstyle due to how naturally soft he is with his early game. Wouldn't a charge completely ruin him?
Then again I suck at jungling (for now).
