What's the deal with AP Ezreal? @Meddler

I understand he's a problem right now, but this is because of runeglaive, which changes his physical damage Q into magic damage. You just made it so runeglaive doesn't do that, which is great. BUT you're also pushing out nerfs to AD AND AP Ezreal, both of which will be in a subpar state. What's the deal?
