Kassadin is... surprisingly under powered. Which isn't a bad thing. He's always rained supreme in the mid lane world for so long that seeing him as useless as he is in most cases of the game is actually refreshing.
I don't care if Kassadin was annoying, it's dumb to just nerf champions to where people don't even use them.
