Gangplank Jungle

So before the Gangplank rework I was a huge jungle Gangplank player it was really good burst damage everything was smooth but with the new Silver Serpent coins it's almost like I'm not being at full potential and falling out late game due to this so I was wondering if maybe Gangplank could maybe get more of these SS coins from jungle camps and such because I feel like I'm just falling short late game cause I don't have these ult buffs cause I'm farming jungle and only getting 1-3 minions with my q and e while taxing a lane I Just feel like it'd make it better for the late game cause I know Gangplank is more lane oriented But that's just my idea. I'd like to hear feedback on what others might think of this
