Both these champions are incredibly frustrating to play against.

"but yasuo has a low winrate" - yes but his kit is extremely toxic and a good yasuo has way too much power
I think the Yasuo hate is generally from people chasing him and getting him low but allowing him to build his q then ult them then they die before they can kill him and get mad. In such a case don't chase the Yasuo. Alternatively, they thought for sure they had him, got deflected by a wind wall then died, and its because Yasuo is op not because they were mistaken. Fizz is op too if you don't know what he does and appears op yet if you realized to stay out of his range or move when he goes on the troll poll he can do nothing at all.
I honestly get excited with the enemy picks Nid. I pick Fiddles and have mucho fun. Also, just ban Yasuo if he is that big of a problem to you. Pretty simple if you ask me. They both have counters like every other champ. I will agree that a good Yasuo has way too much power, but then again so do most champs. If you can't play one of his counters well, then ban him :). Problem solved.
Yasuo has a really hard time escaping without minions nearby as well. He has no mobility in a duel or without minions. Nid can be chased down if you play some fast like 460ish move speed with a gap closer on low cd she cant run away. Zed with alacrity zephyr and full CD can chase and kill Nid at will.

The biggest thing is play those champs then. Eventually you'll see what people playing those champs hate to go against, then when you go against them you just do that. For example like dodging nid spears. This goes for any champion, I can generally beat trist and twitch just because I play a lot of both champions. So I know their patterns and exactly how to stop them. Ex. Bait trist into jumping in or using Q too early then wreck her, or If you don't see twitch and the support even stays in lane he is probably trying to kill you.
