If that Twisted Fate is using gold card than it is your own fault you got comboed. If he is using red card on minions than ask for a jungler gank since he just pushed the wave big time.

Yeah, ain't it bad this is his only poke? Here's an idea - Remove his kit.
If you seriously can't dodge his Q then you seriously suck at side stepping.
Twisted fates W+Q Should do nowhere near 3/4 hp unless you are severly behind and in that case its your own fault, tf is a really bad laner and is very easy to punish for it, that is twisted fates weakness, and he is a relatively high skill cap champion so nothing in this post really makes sense.
