20 minute bans

I haven't played league of legends in 2 months. My computer power supply melted and i have finally fixed it, ready to play league of legends. When i logged in it said I have been placed in low priority que, then I waited the 20 mins, and played a full match. After the match it told me that I have 4 more matches left with 20 min bans. I would like to ask to remove these bans. Thank You for your time -TheSuspected
