why everytime i have to lose

im on bronze iii and i have been 6 times in promos for bronze 2 and i losed all of them. and now im bronze 3 with 57 LP the thing is that i dont understand why i always have the bad team and the enemy team is always good (smurfers good players) my mmr is for silver and im still on bronze 3 and my teammates are usually so bad. WHY THO I ALWAYS HAVE THE BAD TEAM AND THE ENEMY TEAM HAS THE GOOD TEAM ! HERES AN EXAMPLE MY TOP HAS 43 FARM AT 20 MY MID HAS 23 CS ON 20!!!!! and they cant play they play like begginers i feel like im playing on 20 level or smthng !!!!! why is that happening to me why RIOT WHY. one thing that makes me happy is that this game is going down they all play fortnite now. i dont know why but im thinking quiting this game too. and usually when i quit games i always have good memories from it but that is not going to happen with league. the good memories of this game was on season 4-5 then things started to get messy. and they will continue.
