Fix Urgot Rito

Urgot needs attention desperately. I may be the only one who plays him but still ignoring him so hard is bs. His q is the clunkiest thing in the game rn. The animation will go and projectile will fire but if your stunned the damage doesn't happen. I realize your very busy buffing Lee Sin but please fix this in the next patch.
