How are people saying hes not strong right now, i consistently put up good games with him. His lanning phase is weaker than others but his team fights are so much stronger with the constant slow from iceborn, not to mention his abilities for baron and drag steals from ult

Thing is, in diamond + elo, meta adcs matter. But in lower elos, comfort picks are always better than meta picks. In your case, you are experienced with Ezreal and u love playing him. Thats why u perform well with him.

archerno11 votesHe is not strong currently because meta champs are those who can get in his face easily. Armor penetration ADCs are much more dominant in current meta. Also his lane counters are played alot nowadays.
