It's me or there's too much CDR? Raising the overall damage in the game (along with runes).

Im just feeling that the window of opportunities in the game after someone waste dumbely their abilities are just gone because of the CDR amount after an half item in the mayority of the champions, commonly trinity path and others for top laners, lost chapter for mages and uncomplete jungler's blades.

A big quantity of "overall best champions" in the meta right now have like 15% cool down reduction after their first back and after 17-20 mins of games that amount of cdr raises to 30-45% with some other runes and completed one and half items erasing windows of opportunities in champions that should have them.

Also the runes reforged that riot introduced makes it worse because apart from adding more cdr they also introduce even more damage into the game, making teamfights last like 3 seconds and making the entire game after 12-15 of laning phase an entire skirmishes game, dash -> do some damage or kill someone in a rotation -> dash again to safety because you have low cdr or continue throwing abilities until the 2-3 people are dead.

At certain point in the game it turns into urf and it's literally a fiesta and i don't think this game it's funny anymore, hell i don't know why the laning phase really exist, if they want a short game just make the laning phase shorter, giving more cs gold, less hp to turrets, even more starting gold (for the champions that really need it like adcs and minute 50 late game champions) i don't know, but if they want to shorten the game lenght because it's pretty obvious that chinese market wants shorter games and is funny for the average pro-play viewer (not me, sorry i prefer long or not so fast paced strategical pro games), just delete 6-8 minutes more of laning phase and keep the whole game like a skirmish fiesta balancing every champion around more dashes and damage rotations.

From my perspective where i play mainly adc champions, i don't enjoy the game anymore (but i enjoy a bit playing other roles) because adc's feels like they don't have those window opportunities or the dashes that new champions have, i have been seeing champion,gg, i don't know if i should trust on that site but almost every adc champions apart of: 1.-ezreal: Because of his safe 45% cdr damage 2.-twitch: His go in R everyone from the distance 3.-Kog'Maw: I didn't know that this champ still existed gets outdamaged in the average game by assassins, mages and bruisers and any other champion in "overall best of the meta" section AKA meta champions, im not saying that riot should buff adc's or rework them to the new game playstyle (they did it, they tried and they failed so they are afraid now) it's me that should change role but this is just a comparison of autoattack based champions that are also pretty squishy to ability based champions. IMO they should have nerfed adc's like now, reducing IE damage and critical strike but that before when there was not so much CDR in game messing the game completely and probably no one would have complained about the game always being around botlanes or protect the carry because they deal the the most damage of every class (well after all it's a role game so.. duuhhh.. but people complains still xd) and there wouldn't be so much damage and this skirmish meta that people complains now. _ Probably a bit long, didn't read:_ Theres so much CDR in the game now caused by runes that gives so much damage and new introduced items resulting in a skirmish unfun to play but probably fun to watch meta, creating hard disbalance between some roles and some old champions and giving this feeling of "oneshot or get oneshoted" "I waste more time walking to turret and hitting minions than fighting" or "this game is a clownfiesta of skirmishes everywhere" And IMO if they want to shorten the game they should delete a bit more of laning phase compensating the champions who need them or rework everything to the new fast asian (not korean) playstyle.

A lot of the damage through runes have been toned down quite significantly, Conquerer being one of the bigger offenders. With Gathering Storm and Celerity in Sorcery also being reduced and changed.

What's popular for most marksmen in bot lane is take inspiration second for boots and biscuits for saving gold and having extra early game sustain. But also ebcause a lot of the damage bonuses in Sorcery being stripped down to where there's not much point into squeezing out the extra 1 AD or the hopefully 36 AD by 30 minutes.

The whole deal with Ezreal is that Q spam is his method doing damage as opposed to basic attacks. Just as it is for Karthus to spam Q over actually having to auto attack.
