@RiotRankedDesignTeam Where's my free win after losing a promotion after plat 4+?

I thought you guys said that we are having free win at any league, i just lost one and the next promo i didn't have my free win. Where's your goal of making ''less grindy'' the ranked ladder? Why promotion games still rigged and feel so bad to play them? Why promotion games still feel like a normal ranked game? Hell, why do we have promotion games still?

Just remove them at least for divisions, they add just more stress and grind to the game since they are obviously rigged without rewarding, at least give me some Blue Essence for playing/winning them but nope...

It's like a bad joke...
