Ezreal ADC

I am trying to learn this this champ. having serious issues with wave clear and laning in general. I am always under my tower because the enemy clears their wave so much faster than me. out trading people is no issue the sheen lets you do that early, but i really think this champ needs some form of aoe wave clear if he is expected to win anything.
