Can not access draft or ranked games(client)

when trying to start a draft game. After i press launch to send me into the lane picking and invite portion of matchmaking the page will not load. instead i get a loading screen for 15-30 sec. and am then returned to the hope page.

to recreate my issue all you would have to do is try to start a draft or ranked game.

this happens every time without fail and is making it impossible for me to play draft or ranked.

i cant seem to figure out how to attach my screen shots to my post... sorry.
