Well, every now on then i end up having a crap ton gold left over cus hte game takes forever, I thought maby we can get extra ip equal to our leftover gold, like 5 ip per 100 gold or something like that. I would like that more so i would keep farming and getting gold cus i would know i would get extra Ip.

And that's why it won't be implemented. It'll be too easily abused. And it leaves supports in the dust (seriously, all this talk of LP by KDA and blah blah blah personal scores just flat out treats supports like they're not contributing).
The out-of-game mechanics should serve the in-game, not the other way around.
That and bots would abuse the shit out of this.
And 5 IP per 100g is way too much.
And how do you measure "leftover gold?" Does all the gold past 6 doran's blades and a greater trinket count?
It's not that I like bashing on you. It's just that this idea sounds like you came up with it two minutes before you typed it out.
This is kind of a terrible idea. Nobody would want to end games- there's already cases of people farming sure-win games for extra kills, but with this people would just extend the game as long as possible, getting as much gold as possible. Not even to mention the fact that gold isn't fairly distributed to every member of a team- those roles that naturally accumulate more gold would be picked even MORE. We don't need that.
I agree that some way of getting a little extra ip would be welcome but this isn't it.

its pretty good like concept , i like it and maybe it can motivate if we can say that people to continue farming or else oh AND ONE MORE THING i jjuste thought IT CAN ONLY WORK AFTER FULL BUILD NOT BEFORE , so if you want your extra IP you need to finish your build and that way it would be a bonus for those to finish their buils , so what you think about that
Nah it's probably a better idea to take all the extra gold and convert it to rp kappa
