Can Runaans kill someone in a Spirit's Refuge (Shen W)

I wanted to check this out because in one of my latest ARAM games, I got Shen. Later in the game, we towerdove the enemy Jinx, killing her but I died when the Jinx autoed a teammate and her Runaan proc killed me in my Spirit's Refuge.
