Where is Tristiana at the moment?

I haven't seen her in a while....is she balanced? is she in a good place? Or is she a bit underpowered compared to the others? I want to pick her up again...but if she is in that meh position, maybe i should rethink it

In the bucket. If her passive went to 8/vl instead of her old 9, she'd be OK.
