Oracle's Alteration vs Teemo (and the inferiority of Sweeping Lens)
As a person playing Teemo, shrooms are a key part of teamfights and just screwing over people in general, but their biggest impact is in teamfights when it does mass aoe and slow to enemy initiatiors and if grouped carries as well, this is something made possible by the ability to bounce shrooms as teemo onto the enemy team from range, and makes it so that you can utilize your ult to it's full potential as a powerful tool in teamfights.
Until... Oracle comes into play.
Now to check the effect of this item on Teemo, traps in general, and comparing it to the vastly inferior lens in the current season.
Firstly, it's massive range, low cooldown, and the sticking to your champion for a lenghty amount of time is pretty strong for clearing out wards, but the crushing impact it has on Teemo is that it TOTALLY NEGATES HIS PASSIVE, most stealthed champions can move around, but if you take for example setting up an ambush from the bush to utilize mushrooms and attack speed as teemo it's just totally negated because of the use of a free trinket item.
The emphasis on TOTAL negation comes from oracle's biggest strength and that's the ABILITY TO DISABLE TRAPS AND WARDS!
If we take the previous example of a teemo being stealthed in a brush with 2-3 mushrooms nearby to set up a kill, with the simple press of a button that doesn't have a bad side to it (low cooldown) will reveal Teemo, and disable his shrooms from working entirely, so this provides absolute immunity to mushrooms whatsoever for 10 seconds, enough to fight out a big fight, and this can only multiply depending on the number of oracle lenses per champion.
This can also be a pretty useful tool if chasing down a Shaco to completely negate his boxes, and even with the introduction of Jhin this can be used in a similiar fashion, but it hurts Teemo the most because it's his ultimate spell, his aoe pit of death which without it makes him into a hybrid autoattacker that's atleast imo strongly underpowered.
So imagine, if the disable effect was removed from oracles, but left for sweeping, there wouldn't be a massive impact on the item itself, but if an exception such as Teemo was to rise from the ashes, picking up sweeping would allow for some strategy to placing it down instead of just gaining total immunity to shrooms as a whole.
This of course is only my suggestion, but in the current state it seems to be very hard to play the little guy if his signature nukefungus is only a way of clearing minions.
So, opinions?
TL;DR - Oracle gives a 10 second mass radius that disables traps and them completely useless and makes them powerless to affect you in any way.
