The Black Screen of Death Ingame [GAMEPLAY]

Just entered a game in draft's new champ select and as soon as i got ingame everything was black, I had a ui but the map was entirely black, the only thing I could see was the chat box and white text of playernames, all the text in the game at this point would just stay and get copied over, kinda like when you get those old windows errors and dragging around the error box paints your desktop.

The game still had the sound fine and it seemed as if I could play the game but I just didn't see anything other than the whiteblackness created from contrasting of the weird text glitch on the black screen.

This ever happened to anyone?
