Change Zigg's passive

I don't play mid much so this was one of my first times playing against ziggs. I dodged nearly every skill he threw at me because he was bad but, he was just plain destroying me with auto attacks. What the actual fuck. Why reward a ranged champion with improved basic attacks. If he's auto attacking me it means he misses his skills and he's garbage. HIS PASSIVE REWARDS BAD PLAYERS LOL.

he's auto attacking u because he's bad and missed his skill shot

You have any idea how wrong it is to NOT auto attack your opponent ever during laning? Lol... ESPECIALLY AS RANGED
