Garen R CD reset?
Should Garens R reset like Darius dunk?

No, he does damage scaling on missing health. He would devour teams entirely. Darius does get damage scaling too, but he doesn't instagib you at half health.

No, lol. And I main Garen at top. It would make him so OP it would hurt just by seeing it.
Garen is okay as it is, with this new passive, he is a tank who regenerates like a god.
Instead what if
It becomes AoE?
If Garen kills a champion with his ult, every enemy champion within ... say 500 range takes damage equal to the amount of damage his ult just dealt
All champions should have reset on kill removed, just like they did yi
