That's why i love Veigar if you don't get screwed in lane, you can solo the ADC, Squishy Supports and the Mages. If someone gets caught by Veigar's E, it's a lost fight and more gold to the Veigar

I don't think Riot knows how insane Veigar's AP ratios are, and because of DFG removal, he's getting buffed

Average AP for a decent-good Veigar is ~900-1400

Here comes the Veigar mains!

Being serious though, how has Veigar not get deemed op? if a AD Assassin goes mid, his EWQ Ignite is still good enough to outscale the damage, even if the R does less damage

Odds are very high Veigar won't just be straight buffed. His kit's got some serious counterplay issues (undodgeable instant stun when used right, two point and click nukes) that we need to address. Well considering how he has no gap closers besides a well placed e, i think mobility is his main issue

the one thing that could balance him and buff his mobility would be this

Dark Matter loses 1.0 AP scaling, drops down to 0.8, But when impact hits it launches Veigar ~600 units in the direction he is walking (launches towards enemies but he can't Stun and W the person)

One Gap-closer/Escape tool would not hurt at all if you nerf his AP Scaling on it

I'm not sure what to think, honestly. I don't think he needs a gapcloser, but I'm pretty sure that changes to his E will disrupt a lot of his kit.

Ultimately, mobility is the underlying problem with trying to change Veigar's counterplay. If the E has a delay before activating, champions with dashes will never be stunned by it again. If an enemy isn't stunned, there's a very slim chance that Veigar will land his W.

I don't see how Veigar can have counterplay added to his kit without completely disrupting his E and W. His R pretty much has to be targeted, and his Q should probably stay targeted too.... It's a messy situation for Riot.

Veigar is a can of worms wrapped in a cloak of counterpicks, and if you don't counter pick and your jungler doesn't camp, you are going to have a REALLY bad time

Ezreal missing every single fucking skillshot blaming the entire loss of lane on a thresh having trouble landing a hook is disgusting.

I never play a ranked game until feel confident with the champ i'm looking forward to playing, and my secondary. If I want to try a new champ in ranked then i normally play approx. 15 games before I do so. This makes it so that when i go into a ranked game I've learned enough mechanics to play at the high level I need to play at according to my rank. When i first started playing ranked I was a Kayle main ( item 3070 rolls down my eye) I played her Top, Mid, and support and won all 3 games. This put me at a 5-0 start (after playing 2 heimer games) putting me at Silver 2. My friend who's played LoL since season 3 was Silver 5.

And I had never played a Moba before, and started right after Urf (like no kidding a week after urf). I never play a ranked game without the confidence to win. If you are not in the mood to win, don't play ranked. If you wanna play stuff like Taric Top and Blitzcrank Jungle, please do it it a lot in normals before hand so you don't ruin other peoples' time.

Another thing to add, I'm fine with BREAKING THE META in ranked, however if you don't know what the crap ur doing please don't do it. I'm fine with Soraka Top, if you know what ur doing. I'm fine with Teemo Jungle, if you know what you are doing, I'm fine with AP Ezreal mid, if you know what you are doing, I'm fine with Twisted Fate Adc, If you know what you're doing, I'm fine with Shen support if you know what ur doing.

I actually agree with this, I normally practice a champion an role to be proficient enough so that i can hold my own in ranked. I'm not as serious about this game as other people, however holding your own an wanting to be carried are two different things. In addition, the AFKing is very excessive, It sucks when playing ranked or any game really an you have an afker which can really turn the tide of the game.

As a support main, I like it when other roles are like"I'm carrying" or "Don't engage with out me, I'm the reason we are winning." I just laugh at this because with playmakers the carries would be nothing with the exception of those champions with superior dueling skills.
