Well, on the PBE a mysterious WIP splashart was accidentally posted (didn't save it, but might still be on S@20). Maybe Stardust Barrier is the name of a new champion's abilities?
That WIP looked a hell of a lot like Sivir and Azir though.
Don't try to fight Riot over them renaming a Lux ability. You will lose.

Might be a glitch on that map? I know the second tier turret's shield on the rift claims that it's giving you the locket buff.
