Is Riot going to nerf healing items/champs because shields are too strong?

First of all, excuse my english.

So, we know is a problem and Riot talked about it, also, they think about a shield less powerful, shorter etc. But also "Looking into some Heal/Shield stuff during the 8.6 cycle". Meaning will get a nerf when she's already weak and it could destroy and nerf Nami .

My questions are: Meanwhile healers are (almost) fine, do you plan to nerf healers while they aren't the issue because they share the same passive which boost both shields AND heals?

And any news about Soraka/Sona buffs? Riot talked ~3 weak ago was in the weak side and they planned to buff her.
