When are announcer packs going to be a thing?

With the Star Guardian stuff coming, we're going to have our second third event announcer ever with Star Guardian Ahri (the first being Gangplank from forever ago and the one after being Dark Star Thresh). I'm just thinking, it would be really cool to have announcer packs like DotA 2 has. Even if they cost RP, it'd be really cool to be able to change up the voice booming over our heads narrating our game whenever we feel like instead of just for some event that'll only last a week or two.
