Could the introduction of an anti-cheat mean Riot are working on a Dev Kit (SDK)

One of the main objections to the idea of a Dev kit was that it could potentially make developing various scripts and cheats easier. Now that Riot have decided to release an anti-cheat for the game I say it wouldn't be too far fetched for the idea to at least be played with around Riot HQ. Of course it's still unlikely for LoL SDK to come to fruition but it's fun to speculate. [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]

Oooooooor... They might be following suit on dota 2 and letting the playerbase develop their own unique game-modes.
