Abilities Still Not Working

I first reported this problem 4 years ago, and a few other people commented on it, saying they too had problems with this. Sometimes, when I get into a league match, I can't center my camera, I cant open shop, can't recall, can't use abilities. I have to click them all individually to use them or rebind them to something else.
