Abilities Stopped Working

This has been happening for a while now, and it really gets on my nerves. Almost every game now, I will join a match in any game mode and my abilities will not work, and I will either have to manually use my abilities by clicking them or just reconnect. Is there any solution to fix this besides reconnecting? This bug is completely ruining my gameplay and if it keeps happening I will not continue to play.
