Let me balance dark harvest for you riot

Because u guys can't balance shit if ur life depends on it.

Here:

Revert to old dark harvest (dh). Monsters gives 4 stack, champions gives 6 stacks. Next basic attack within 30 seconds deals bonus damage etc etc u know the deal. At 150 stack dh time limit will increase to 150 seconds (not 300 seconds). Hitting a champion with dh will put it on CD and u won't be able to use it for 10 seconds unless u kill an enemy champion.

How about... no.

The problem was junglers AFK farming and then coming out with a damage burst and hardly any items, it hardly felt fair to play against at all.

Old one sucked too. Just differently.

Of the two I like the new better.

I would change it to be where you gain stacks on champs under 40% that are under hard CC (not slows). Fewer chances to gain stacks. Not everyone will take it. Up the damage some to account for some of it.
