Let's change up dark harvest let's make it so that half of dh damage is proc at the beginning then if they reach below 50% u can proc the remaining half. Stacks can only be earned on large monsters and killing a champion.
This rune was suppose to entice junglers to gank more instead of farming but as of now it stacks much better with laners.
considering how bursty the game is I don't see how this would actually change anything
Having the rune the scale againt npc was the worst part of the item since there is no way to prevent the scaling.
I have laned against dark harvest laners and it is not hard to prevent the stacks.
I order to hit the old 150 stack you need 26 stacks on the new system. That is not easy to do.
The rune is balanced well if a little damage needs to be trimmed that is fine.

It was just fine as it was before. Who cares if it was pretty much exclusive to jungle? Guardian is exclusive to support. Exclusive runes are not a bad thing. In fact, they're what made season 6 keystones so easy to balance (after TLD, WLB, and FOB numbers were sorted out, it was great).
