Unintentional disconnections

Basically Houston in the 77082 area had a huge thunderstorm and short blackouts happened.. Now I have to wait 20 mins every queue..

Not really my fault, I never disconnect unless there are storms, but I guess I just live in a shitty area.

Anyways, I think there should be a system where if a person disconnects, the match does not count or a person can request a remake (NOT just in the start, that doesnt make sense to me)

I know this is a team based game and you need to sit on your butt for almost an hour per match but shit happens, it runs on technology we as humans arent actually there.

Im just saying, unintentional disconnects punishments should have some system.

I wouldnt quit in 10 minutes and only one death... Id only quit if I played against teemo and I use volibear. Anyways, does anyone agree? [zombie-brand-mindblown]
