buff Wukong plz

as a Wukong user I think he really need a buff in top, there are too many counters like , , and many more in jungle, he has no life steal skill and no cc except ult, jungling is not even super fast like or so heres some suggestions:

• add slow in E (this would be a huge buff for jg wu)
• movement speed increase when wu uses W
• increase a bit more basic damage for R
