It has the same speed as morgana q, ae slowest skill shot in game. It needs a buff to speed.

You forgot the part where the hitbox increases twice while traveling (and being pretty broken huge at the 2nd increase) If anything they should show the hitbox during the travel as it is pretty stupid atm. So much harder to dodge than the old ult.
