I though it was at least 3 months and from there is if player shows signs of reforming

That's the guesstimate for how long it takes to drop punishment tiers, not to get crafting back.

There is no set time/numbers of game to be eligible for crafting again. Just keep playing normally (minus negative behaviour) and the restriction will be lifted sooner or later.

It wouldn't be a real punishment if people knew when it would end.

I got a 10 game chat ban somewhat recently. Only took me about 3 days to be eligible for hextech stuff again after the ban ended.
