Where do you see Miss Fortune in 4.18? Is she back for good? What are her weaknesses?

She is Balanced.

MF doesn't like balls deep enemy compositions or harassing lanes.

Do you think she's Tier 2, Tier 1, or God Tier

She is Balanced.

This.

Her most significant weakness is her weak self peel / no escape.

Her trades and harass in lane are okay, her main weakness there is not having strong wave clear.

In mid game a good ultimate can win team fights but there are others that are easier to get off.

She does not have the best late game dps, but once her W passive has ramped up she still puts out a lot of damage.

As a MF main, and now moving to other ADC's more heavily I would like to state that MF is very strong where her strengths lie, but very weak where she lacks strength.

She can dish out heavy damage very fast and be surprising to her opponent when she dumps her q+w into them. The e is merely for slowing an engaging enemy and her r is rally good at lowering an entire team before going in hard on them. Her weaknesses are in the fact that any anti-adc blows her up. The only exception to this that I have found is ww, her secondary effect from w seems to keep him from rolling her over. She cannot peel for herself and if she gets jumped her passive is down. The only thing she can do at that point is to try to dump everything out and hope for the best. That being said if she can see people coming positioning herself is rather easy if her passive is built up, and her e allows her a little more time when you are ready for the incoming doom.

When I am running as MF the main thing that determines a successful enemy gank or failure of that gank rely heavily on whether or not I took some form of poke, as my passive would be down and whether or not I can make up for it with the slow effect from e. Most ganks can easily be avoided with wards, but if I know my passive is up, and I'm ready to use e, I have been known to kill the jungler before they start the gank and then a 3v2 into an overconfident 2v2 which lands me a double or triple and really scares the enemy. On the otherhand, if I took a sona q, or even a minion auto, that would be win play instead lands me at the fountain sort a turret and behind on gold.

The other observation I have is that most MF players misuse her ult. A lot of players I see are using her ult as an execute, and while that is a good use for it early and in laning phase, it becomes much more effective if used early in the fight. I typically will AA a couple of times to be sure I know where their CC is and to be sure I wont get interrupted then I dump my R across their entire team, reducing their armor, and putting us at as much of an advantage as a wu ult would. This typically scares the enemy team to see everyone's life bars start to drop simultaneously and allows me to start to pick off enemies that are panic flashing or trying to over dive to stop me.

I think her counters are mislisted because many of those that are listed as her counters I rarely struggle with. The main thing that can stop MF is jumps/dives/gap closers and this is triple effective if there is CC to go with. This means that Maokai, Alistar, Blitzcrank, Vayne, Malphite, etc are the ones to avoid going against with her.

MF can really drop some damage, so that's a strength.

But as for weaknesses, other than her passive, she lacks true mobility.

All you need is a Warwick or Vi to put MF out of the fight.
