Sunfire Cape Active?!?

Could we get an active with Sunfire Cape like hydra? it could help with some champs with poor wave clear(looking at youShen ) or could add a little extra damage to team fights.

Sunfire cape is great but it isnt as great as item 3143 so maybe an active that did a pulse of damage that scaled off armor or something would be great

Hm... I do like the idea of an active. Perhaps increasing the amount of damage dealt in a smaller area around you for a short time, or dealing a burst of damage that scales with your level.
