i'm going to solve the urf problem

I know riot won't do this because it's smart and they're stupid but here it goes anyway.

make arurf so all champions are unlocked for that weekend.

then the next weekend run regular urf.

i'll aviod the first weekend like the plague and you won't beable to get me of my pc the 2nd weekend.

who isn't happy in this scenario?
