Why spend so much on Team Builder and remove it?

I imagine you must have spent countless hours getting it into live. Why just remove it? Sure sometimes I easily had 5 minute wait times as mid, but at least I got to play my role consistently. I find that a 5 min wait time is 100x better than the current dynamic que to play the role you want AND the champion.

I think dynamic que was a good idea for draft pick, but no reason to remove the rest.
