So I'm on a three lost streak and I was wondering if any high level players could tell me what exactly i'm doing wrong? Cause i've watch many videos and they make one thing clear i'm the problem I can rank up if I improve my play. Simple tips like how to win 4v5 would be great.

Your lost streak is nothing. I have most of my 30 games lost, with maybe 4-6 won during the time. Went down from Gold 4 MMR all the way down to Silver 3, though my main account is Gold 2.
Explain me this, did I get amnesia and I somehow forgot how to play my One Trick Pony Zilean ?
I'm facing demotion and I don't know what the hell i'm doing wrong it's so annoying! I just want someone to look at my last few games and tell i'm the fucking problem cause as far as I can see i'm doing everything I can roaming, Towers, killing the carries, etc... But nothing works. I just get over run by the fact i'm not skilled enough to 1v5 the enemy team of champs filled with cc and tanks. I want to punished (Demoted) by my fault not by the fact I just got unlucky in which my teammates were having an off game or trolling.
Update: Avoided demotion by having a bad game and playing like complete shit... I really cant stand this game some times.
