Show owned always checked.

So with the new shop I noticed when I uncheck Show owned under the champion tab then re-enter the shop its checked I don't see why it is check by default 9/10 times people open the shop to buy a new champion not to see what they own its fairly annoying... I am not sure if its a bug or just a gameplay feature so I am posting it here.
