Why do I always get champions I DON'T play on ARAM? Bring back the Crystal Scar >:c (TL;DR included)

Every time I play an ARAM, I ALWAYS start with a champion I do not play. I understand that the whole point of it is =All Random= and to try out unfamiliar characters, but in the end I feel like I rarely get a champion I enjoy playing. Even if I re-roll, I just re-roll two more champions I don't enjoy.
Now don't get me wrong. You might be thinking that I only play one or two people. But I actually have a large pool of champions that I do enjoy playing. So why don't I get any when I play ARAM??
Sometimes, I will have a champion I like (usually it takes 3 or more games to luckily role one)... but usually it's another teammate that gets them and they refuse to trade with me. And that's completely understandable, ...but if you refuse to trade then proceed to afk... It can get a bit frustrating sometimes.
"Well then why don't you just play a normal game, so you can pick whoever you want?"
Here's the thing, normally I play ARAM because I'm so sick and tired of playing against the same champions i despise playing against.
"So select draft pick and ban that person."
But if I play draft I'll most likely get counter picked, which is always a "pleasure"... Also, I can't ban all the champs I don't like. So even if I ban one, another will be chosen.. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
I wish there was a higher chance to get champions you actually played frequently. OR Have a game-mode with more free will. Like the CRYSTAL SCAR! The crystal scar was my FAVORITE map and probably the most fun! I loved the freedom you had in that mode. You can pick whoever you desired and you can roam pretty much everywhere. It's just a fun fiesta everyone can mess around in.
Riot, pls consider bringing it back (NOT ASCENSION). It actually broke my heart to see it go, and now my dear TWISTED TREELINE!!! Just taking away everything I enjoyed from this game and destroying the things that had great potential.. but then you blew it.. [cass-cry]
=TL;DR= I never get anyone I like. I always get people I don't like. Riot makes me sad.
Make it a higher chance to get champions you actually played frequently. OR JUST BRING BACK THE CRYSTAL SCAR! or something!?!
