Can Riot please fix match making?

Okay so, I was in Silver for the past 2 seasons (currently unranked) and I don't normally play ranked because of the match making; I get bad players on my team while the other team is stacked with higher ranked and skilled players. I play normal games all the time, but even then the match making is awful. Almost every game I go against gold, plat, and diamond players; it just ruins the game for me when I get defeated most games when the skill match up wasn't even fair. I've already sent an email to Riot about this and I'm just going to assume that the email they sent me was a 'copy & paste' email.

Today I decided to play a ranked game because I wanted to try to rank higher than silver since I get matched up with all these higher ranked players all the time anyways. When I looked at everyone's ranks towards the end of the game, I was furious. On my team I had bronze and silver players, the other team had golds and a plat player. I don't understand why I always get matched up with these people. I understand if it's because of elo, but then why don't I get higher ranked players on my team? Ever? This really upsets me and it makes me not want to play the game.

I really do enjoy playing League of Legends but this, this just makes me feel horrible. When I first started to play it was great, I would always get the feeling of thrill and excitement even when I was losing. I was just having a blast, it was soooooooo much fun. But now I don't feel that same feeling anymore. Instead, I feel stressed out and flustered. This is not what LoL gameplay is supposed to be.

So please Riot, I'm begging you to fix the match making in both normal and ranked games instead of ignoring it.
