i posted this on youtube i want to hear your thoughts

i like that rengar is a top 10 jungler atleast in dragon's eyes. I have a question tho the pbe changed devourer enchant to apply on hit affects a second time. Do you think we will see a change in rengar build if the item is released. I'm thinking devourer->botrf->guinsoo->wit's end->ninja->omen might be really good

No. Same reason why you don't build on hit on him even now. Raw AD scaling is the best for him hands down. THis change will be better on "i get 1 dps item then fulltank" type of bruisers like Zhao or WW most.
