yasuo is toxic because he counters mages, mages are the pinnacle of balance. so yeah let's gu- rework yasuo
yasuo now has a manapool of 500 level 1 growth + 22 passive - way of the wanderer - removed it was toxic New passive - Carrot Auto attacks deal 90% less damage, on critical strikes your enemy takes a bite out of your carrot healing him for over 9000, cos carrots are healthy and all you know.
Q - costs 200 mana - cd is 50 i believe this gives good counterplay
W- removed - no new ability
E - now does damage - no dash
R - must be your knockup, 10 second rule for tornado still stands. shame that the CD is 50 though
this should add counterplay to yasuo and make mages overpo- i mean balanced and fun to play as, and against.
