Eve does a crazy amount of damage when ahead. it still feels really fair though, in order to get your full combo off you need to dive right into the enemy team, risking getting CC'd and bursted down.

yep there's a definite counterplay to her. her q is thin and blocked by minions, her stealth has a larger gap though mobi boots can bridge this well she'll have a harder time getting out if she fails, her w prompts the enemy team to bunch around the marked one and her e is a laughably small dash I suspect mainly as a QoL change so she can hop over minions and the like easier.

There's a significant difference between Eve's damage when her enemy is and isn't already below 30% health, since her ultimate damage is doubled when they fall below that threshold. Notice how everyone died when you ult'd and their health before you ult'd. That was simply you and your team bursting their team and then you executing everyone with an AoE execute ability.
