What is going on with the inting this season? People extra tilted early in season?

Intentional feeding is not the same as dying many times despite popular belief to the contrary.

Intentional feeding is when a player deliberately allows their champion to die so as to willingly and consciously assist the enemy team in securing victory.

It is all about the "intent" of a player who is feeding. Players who feed are often players who simply make multiple mistakes throughout the duration of a match. They do not necessarily want to lose and their deaths are simply the result of bad decisions they made that they may have thought were good choices at the time, choices they thought would have helped the team.

Surviving fights is also difficult now more so than ever. Riot was bound and determined to establish damage as the almighty answer to the game. Burst, DPS, DoT, AoE...pick your flavor or a mix of it and that's what we have now.

League of damage.

Expecting all of your allies to survive is a dream at this point. You just need to face reality and do what you can for you without calling out others.

Players "who feed" but don't try to correct their mistakes, don't take any tips or advice from their team and keep making the same mistakes which cause them to feed is intentionally feeding. It's one thing to get 8 deaths because your'e caught out trying to ward or pick someone off etc., but when you keep going after that and just keep running into the enemy team when your team has said do this or do that and you're tilted beyond belief to where you don't listen to them, you are intentionally feeding. you are tilted and just throwing the game purposely. Riot does not ban or punish at all for that, which is straight BS. I've had so many people do that lately, but no punishments are issued. all they have to say is "lag" or "bad game" and it's acceptable to have 20 deaths in a game. Fix the system because this is garbage not being able to climb because you have 2 people on your team who won't cooperate or do anything in general to help with the rest of the team. Same with afk's, there is no real punishment, oh a 5 minute wait after 5 games you went afk.... yeah that'll stop them..... Figure out a real system to punish people and stop punishing people for trying to talk sense into people. Whether it's rage or legit letting people know their mistakes, 4 people report you it doesn't matter what you said, it's automatically sticking in your chat ban file.
