Setup a custom sound to play when ulting?

I want to setup maybe an mp3 or something (but only so that it happens in game) to play whenever I press R which is usually...to ult. I have razer synapse but I don't think its possible to set something like this up without it just being a thing that happens whenever pressing R cause it would happen when just chatting.
