Daily reminder to all solo laners

If you die 2-3 times trying to 1v1 the enemy in your lane and you see you're just weaker than him, just don't keep trying to kill him in a 1v1. You don't achieve anything by it except of feeding your ass off, losing cs, being useless later on and pissing your teammates off. Just play passive, try to farm or wait for a gank. Is it really so hard to get it ?

A really good example : https://gyazo.com/2787247252b18b68ee78a9a58e607cee

I was playing ezreal, had 2/0/1 or something like that in lane, was playing and feeling quite well till teamfights started. Darius had like 8-9 kills and had built deadman's and ninja tabis. Poppy had fed him. I was literally doing 50-60 dmg per auto to him, literally tickling him. Vel was dealing a lot of dmg because Ryze fed him. We ended up losing the game. This shit just happens too often in ranked games.

Guilty as fuck of this and got nothing in my defense. Mostly it's because I am frustrated and trying to equalise but in the end it's just better to CS and chill.

+1 because you're honest. It's understandable what you're trying to do in those situations but most of the time it just makes things worse. Cool that you understand it though.

Usually I just try to play safe in lane and punish enemy mistakes (it's how I play tanks) but occasionally I do as bad as you point out when being aggressive.

In fact, it often happens when I play Kled and I just don't stop because of how cruddy it feels to last hit with Kled. What's funny is that I have actually died three time to a Camille as Kled and then on the fourth try I won with both of us starting at full health.

Then I got useful.

Kled is fun. He's so aggressive for my normal playstyle.
