Change back to old Skill Casting?

With my new Account its really hard to predict everything while playing (skill range for example as i cannot see it upon pressing the button), also i noticed that some Skills need longer to get instant casted then others (ultimates).

With my new Account it instant casts them to where my Cursor is and i would like to change that back. Generally i would like to keep it later when im more used to the skill range, cause its just ever so slightly faster as my attention doesnt drop to get focused on casting, so that i can dodge everything and mostly evade ultis (flash over them etc)

The thing is that the Settings match my Main Account and there i can choose and see the skill range .. really weird
