Loading Screen Never Ending-25+minutes long.

I have been in loading, for about 25minutes and we all are at 100% except for a guy named "203" It is a ranked game and it is late at night...could someone please explain why this guy has not been sent to the DCed realm?item 3070 OK: I quit league, then boot back up: the game had been going on for 30minutes. And the guy was DCed for about 20 minutes it turned out... I was given a leaverbuster and I want that taken away. I do not deserve it because my loading screen said that one of the other players had yet to load.

i have had that happened to me i think 3 times in 3 years of playing. its a VERY rare occurance

and i hate to tell you this.. but the game has started, yours just didn't.. quit relog and it will put you in the game if your team didn't surrender by now...
